Members who choose to have monthly electric bills drafted from their checking accounts must provide EnergyUnited with a signed, voided check bearing their account number. Checking accounts will be drafted approximately 10 days after the billing date shown on the statement. Members will continue to receive electric bills each month reflecting the amount that will be drafted from their accounts. |

Under this payment plan, members who have maintained a good payment history, can make monthly equalized payments that are computed from the average of the last 12 months' usage. Equalized payments are recalculated every 12 months. Any balances at the time of the update will be included in the recalculation of the monthly payment. Failure to pay the Equalized Payment Plan when due will automatically cancel the agreement. |

Members may pay their monthly electric bills through their personal online banking service. Members who use their online banking service should allow enough time for the payment to reach EnergyUnited in order to prevent disconnection of service. Payments made by one's personal online banking service may not reach EnergyUnited for 7-10 business days. If a member's electric service is close to termination for non-payment, the online bank payment may not reach EnergyUnited in time to prevent disconnection of electric service. |
