ENERGYUNITED WINS THIRD CONSECUTIVE TOP WORKPLACE AWARD

STATESVILLE, N.C. – EnergyUnited was named a Top Workplace 2025 award winner by Charlotte Magazine. This is the third consecutive year that the cooperative has received the award.

The award is given based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute.

“EnergyUnited is honored to be named a Top Workplace for a third consecutive year by Charlotte Magazine,” said Thomas Golden, chief executive officer of EnergyUnited. “We believe that our people are our greatest strength. This award is a direct reflection of all our hardworking employees, and our shared commitment to delivering value and excellent service for our members.”

EnergyUnited, a not-for-profit electric cooperative with over 260 employees, offers a variety of career opportunities to support its mission of delivering safe, affordable, reliable and sustainable energy.
