To use our automated services to report an outage:

  • Log in to the Account Information page
  • Click on the ‘Report an Outage’ button
  • Follow the prompts

You can also call 1-800-EUNITED (1-800-386-4833) to use our automated outage reporting system.

To speak to a Customer Care Representative:

If you have information concerning the outage or would prefer to speak with a Customer Care Representative, call 1-800-522-3793.

It is also important to remember to stay away from downed or sparking power lines. If you see a line lying on the ground, assume it is energized and deadly. Call our customer care center at 1-800-522-3793 to report the situation.
