EnergyUnited is committed to providing best-in-class member service by enhancing transactional experiences that offer the most value for EnergyUnited members. Members can access account data, pay their monthly energy bills or manage their account preferences using our My EnergyHub web or mobile app. Additionally, our business plan utilizes third party payment centers (authorized pay agents) for in-person transactions instead of maintaining cooperative offices for that service. *Fiserv (CheckFreePay) no longer offers real-time payment processing for EnergyUnited members. Members can continue to make payments at authorized locations using CheckFreePay. However, members who choose to pay using CheckFreePay should allow 1-2 business days for all payments to post to their accounts and a small fee will be assessed at the discretion of each pay agent.
We encourage all members to register their accounts in My EnergyHub, our new web portal and mobile app, on or after May 3 to make real-time payments without any associated fees.
Members who wish to continue utilizing our 3rd Party Pay Centers for real-time bill payments may do so using Western Union or VanillaDirect. However, these vendors will charge a small fee of $1.50 to utilize this service.
