#AllTogether #PowerOn

EnergyUnited, your community-based energy services provider, remains fully operational during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Rest assured that as a valued consumer of EnergyUnited, you can continue to count on us for the reliable energy services you need during this crisis, regardless of any financial hardship you may be experiencing.

In addition to providing reliable energy services, we are also extending financial relief to those in need through the EnergyUnited Foundation. If you have experienced a job loss or any hardship as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, we encourage you to apply for a grant from the EnergyUnited Foundation. Individuals seeking assistance should visit energyunited.com/givingback to complete an application. All nonprofit administrators seeking support can email foundation@energyunited.com to receive an application via email within 24 hours.

Keeping You Connected, From a Safe Distance

Effective March 17, EnergyUnited has suspended all disconnects of electric members and propane customers. Our offices will remain closed to the public throughout the month of April while we continue to provide reliable power to our consumers from a safe distance.

During this time, we are waiving all late fees and penalties. We do encourage our consumers to remain as current with their bills as possible to avoid large balances that could be difficult to manage later. Payments can be made online through the My Account portal, by mail, through any of the kiosks or drop boxes at each of our office locations and over the phone by dialing 800-522-3793.

We will continue to listen and respond to your needs as we navigate through these difficult times. You can find more resources and information on the proactive measures we have taken in response to COVID-19 by visiting energyunited.com/coronavirus.

Wishing you and your families continued health and safety,

Thomas Golden
Chief Strategy Officer & VP of Energy Services
